A single picture can make a real difference to your margin
A friend of mine recently bought an oil balsam for his beard.
When the product arrived he showed me his purchase and its content because he was so impressed.
Already the seller had set the tone with a product that was beautifully packaged.
Upon opening included were some paper brochures.
One of the brochures had the portrait of the owner as a background with his story and the other one had the picture of the product.
My friend was already excited about his purchase even before he had tried to use the product.
The marketing of this oil balsam is bang on.
What was offered to the customer is not just the simple product itself but with those brochures and the right pictures it offered a complete experience that touched more or less all the five senses.
Needless to say that my friend went on line again and looked for something else to purchase from that same company.
Why did I tell you this story?
